Fruity and crisp

Bright, luminous lemon yellow colour. The nose is quite bouquet-like with citrus fruit, white flowers and roasted notes, mocha notes, balanced on a rather full-bodied wine. The bubbles melt, the character is on roasted notes, milk caramel, mocha, tense length.

- Terroir: The Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs offer a landscape setting as well as a cradle for the production of pinot noir and chardonnay.
- Viticulture: Several grands crus are selected for this Champagne.
- Vinification: Elaborated through the Méthode Champenoise, the blend is made of 65% chardonnay and 35 % pinot noir.
