Our oenologists' opinion
This orange and copper-colored beer has a compact and persistent foam. It offers fragrances of orange peels and white pepper. It has medium-sized bubble with a great character. The finish is enjoyable, full-bodied and tasteful.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.
Domain and appellation
The founders of Little Bichos wanted to create a beer that broke all the traditional codes in this fiels. They looked for atypical profiles and created several unique beers. They wanted to offer you new sensations with this range that breaks the rules.
- Manufacturing: Four different American hops have been used to create this beer. The Centennial, tasteful, the Amarillo, full of flavors and a little bit bittersweet and the Cascade, that has grapefruit aromas and floral notes, have been chosen. The last variety used is the Summit that has citrus fruits taste.
