Powerful bouquet

Ruby colour with hints of brick. The nose is open, frank and full of bouquet, with notes of morello cherries, plums in brandy, kirch and pits, a hint of peony, frank, fine and typical. Supple, elegant attack, with long, fat tannins, tension and finesse. Character of kirch and peony, hint of salted butter caramel. Sappy finish of bay leaf sauce and morello cherry confit.
