Fruity and well-rounded

Light yellow colour with green highlights. Floral and white pepper notes on the nose. Opens with aromas of white peach and floral notes. Full-bodied attack, full-bodied, well-structured, long finish. Clean finish with medium persistence.

Domain and appellation

Domaine de l'Ane Blanc

Domaine de l'Ane Blanc is situated on clay-limestone terraces in the south of the Saint-Chinian appellation. Grenache Blanc is particularly well-suited to the limestone soils and hot, dry climate, and is responsible for the wine's finesse and volume on the palate. Roussanne adds tension, freshness and complex aromas. The blend reveals an intense nose of white flowers and spices.
