Fruity and crisp
Pale yellow with golden highlights. Open, frank nose of white flowers, mineral and chalky notes, followed by hints of citrus fruit and bergamot. Full-bodied attack, with a fat envelope. Straightforward, mineral, straightforward, fresh, long-lasting finish with a white flower character and a full body. Sapid finish, with citrus fruit and iodine notes, lovely finesse.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

DOMAINE MILLET
Philippe Millet, a young farmer from Beauce, settled in Tonnerre in the mid-1960s. In the early 1980s, he set up the wine estate because some of the land he was growing cereals on was eligible for the Petit Chablis AOC. He planted 9 hectares of Petit Chablis, then acquired AOC Chablis and AOC Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin vines. As well as producing fine grapes, he decided to vinify and market them. Now retired, his son Baudouin Millet continues to manage and expand the vineyard. - Terroir : Clay-limestone soil - Vinification: Traditional vinification on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats - Mechanical harvesting
