Fruity and crisp

Pale straw colour with golden highlights. The nose is open and straightforward, with notes of minerality, white flowers, chalk and lime juice, straightforward and airy, with a hint of mist. Supple on the palate, with tension and finesse. Good balance, full-bodied. Mineral character, hint of vanilla, medium persistence.

Features

    Located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, the family estate was created in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard who has since been joined by his son Julien. It covers nearly 200 hectares, 66 of which are certified organic. Precision, strength and freshness form the Brocard signature, a unique style that can be found in each of the Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru appellation wines, which are exported to nearly 50 countries.
