Fruity and crisp
Its pale green gold dress offers a pretty nose "air" of fruit paste, quince and dry almond. Taste wise, it has a nice balance, with a roundness, suppleness and finesse. A friendly wine with melting bubbles.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Domain and appellation
Founded in 1851 by Etienne Bouvet, son of cooper, the Bouvet-Ladubay house is a true historical monument of the fine bubbles of the Loire. Located in the heart of the A.O.C. Saumur in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent, this old house is known for its 8 kilometers of cellars dug in the tuffeau.
In 2015 the house is bought by the Monmousseau family.
