Fruity and crisp
Its salmon color offers a nice bouquet nose of red fruit and candied cherry. As for the taste, this wine is balanced typed, hard, round, soft and melted with a smooth finish with fine bubbles that melt.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

The rosé champagnes can be developed by bleeding but also by assembly of red and white wines. The Champenoise appellation is the only one with the right to use this process by assembling.
Domain and appellation
Bruno PaillardFounded in 1981, Maison Bruno Paillard has quickly established itself internationally with three quarters of its sales dedicated to export. It is also distinguished by viticultural practices reasoned and grounded in respect of the Champagne terroir.
- Terroir: The vineyards are based on a chalky Terroir of Champagne. The Paillard house has 32 hectares of vineyards, 16 hectares of Premiers and Grands Crus.
- Viticulture: The grapes come from half longstanding partnerships with local winemakers, and half of the house Paillard. Integrated farming is to allow deep rooting of the vines and ensuring their sustainability.
- Vinification: As for the Brut Première Cuvée, this rosé is produced only from the first press, hence the name "Rosé Première Cuvée". Vinified in white and red, it is subsequently assembled by the cellar master. Finally, the wine is aged for 3 years in the field of cellars and still relies on five months after disgorgement. The dosage is very small with a capacity of less than 6g /L.
