Our oenologists' opinion
Its bright straw color announces a fulfilled buttery nose with a nice bouquet and aromas of yellow fruits and griotte. The palate is balanced, full-bodied, ample, nervous and has character. The lingering finish is onctuous with buttery bubbles.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation
The history of Laurent Perrier is intrinsically linked to the vision and dynamism of women and men who once had this area in their hands.

- Vinification: This champagne is comprised of a blend of 55 different crus. The addition of up to 20% of reserve wines aims at maintaining a consistent Laurent Perrier signature. This champagne stands out thanks to a high countenance in chardonnay and a stainless steel tanks fermentation.
