Fruity and crisp
With its very pale salmon color, this wine offers a nose with notes of currants, blueberries and fresh notes of laurel and thyme. On the palate, this wine presents a good balance, dry and nervous with a nice character on aromas of scrubland.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Whispering Angel Sacha Lichine
Exceptional site in the heart of the Var department of production of rosés AOC de Provence, the estate of Esclans Castle extends on a hillside near the Gorges of Pennafort, 25 km from Fréjus the Roman.
- Terroir: The estate has 44 hectares of vines. The main grape variety is Grenache, followed by Rolle, Cinsault, Merlot, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Tibouren. The castle is known for its old vines of Grenache and their grapes with the highest concentrations of aromas.
- Viticulture: The harvest of the castle of Esclans is conducted from sunrise until noon in order to avoid peaks of heat. The grapes for the cellars of Esclans-whispering angel are harvested both by hand and mechanically.
- vinifivation: The grapes are sorted manually and then passed through an automated calibration. The grapes are then sent to a heat exchange system which reduces their temperature to 7-8 ° C. Follows a gentle pressing producing three categories of gout juice. Depending on the type of juice, the winemaker determines the fermentation between barrels and stainless steel vats.
