Fruity and well-rounded
The greed is the master key of this tasting. First at nose you will note this with its greedy fragrances recalling the grenadine, the strawberry and even slightly the marshmallow. In mouth, suppleness and a sweet taste are perceptible, before a tasteful finish highlighting a persistent nice taste of acidulous red fruits.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Domain and appellation
The estate is located in the region of Valpolicella, between 100 and 250 meters above sea level.
- Terroir: The soil is very varied. In predominance clay-silt, partly limestone and partly of volcanic origin.
- Viticulture: The harvest is done at the end of September and is exclusively manual. Gentle pressing with destemming. Fermentation temperature between 25 ° and 28 ° C, followed by 7 days of maceration. Complete malolactic fermentation. Natural stabilization.
