Fruity and light
Bright lemon-yellow colour, fairly light. Beautiful open and frank nose of white fruit, mentholated notes, hints of aniseed, then of brioche bread. Good balance, frank, fairly full-bodied, finesse, nice straightforward character with fresh, mentholated, fruity and crisp notes. Beautiful straightforward finish.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Terroir: clay and limestone with gravel
Vinification: The fermentation of the Chardonnay is stopped at an alcohol level of 13% with 36 grams of residual sugar. The wine is preserved from contact with oxygen throughout the process. After blending, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on lees for 4 months.
