Our oenologists' opinion

Powerful bouquet

You will be thrilled to analyze the appearance, the nose and the taste of this complex and interesting wine. Indeed, this straw-colored wine releases fragrances of fruits, box tree, fern, hawthorn and melted butter. Then, in mouth, you will enjoy its round and well-balanced attack, its sweet taste. Before being interested by its finish that unveils a strong taste of white flowers and candied mangos.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Do you know ?

The wines of Burgundy are mainly produced in monocépage. The flagship grape varieties, pinot noir and chardonnay, flourish in this semi-continental climate to produce exceptional red and white wines.
