Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
Pale color with green highlights. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and nervous.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Château Margaux was praised prior to its official classification in 1855. The american president Thomas Jefferson actually claims that there were no better Bordeaux.
Domain and appellation
Attached to Château Margaux under the brand Pavillon Blanc du Château Margaux since 1920, this wine used to be called “vin blanc de sauvignon.” Made solely out of sauvignon blanc, this wine has finesse and a great ageing potential.
- Terroir: Located on one of Château Margaux oldest plots, the 12 hectares domain knows how to handle weather conditions that tend to be difficult with spring frosts.
- Viticulture: The harvests are hand-picked.
- Vinification: The ageing process lasts from 7 to 8 months in french oak barrels.
Grapes Sauvignon blanc
- Sauvignon blanc : 100%
