Fruity and well-rounded
Dark purple color. Nice frank nose of roasted black fruits with notes of fresh liquorice and leather. Nice balance on vinosity. Beautiful character with aromas of toasted bread, dried fruits, fresh notes of liquorice, rosemary, hint of cocoa. Full-bodied finish with aromas of laurel and thyme. Ripe tannins. Well signed wine.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Everyone patiently repeats their actions, vintage after vintage, the result of know-how passed down by the elders, and supported by our wine experts.
We respect a method of winemaking and cultivation handed down for several generations which exalts the terroir of Vacqueyras. We carefully select the best plots, after a tasting by our cellar master. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled vats to extract the maximum amount of aromas.
