Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation
Located in the heart of Burgundy, the Côte Chalonnaise expresses all the nuances. The Buissonnier wines come from a selection of plots, chosen over time, in order to reveal the particular identity of each of their appellations.
- Terroir: The wine-producing farms of the Buxy cellars represent nearly two-thirds of this appellation, whose sloping soil, composed of marly limestone and clay, is covered with tiny fossilized shells.
- Viticulture: The vines from which this wine comes are quite old and located in the middle of hillsides.
- Vinification: The vinification methods used are traditional, with modern tools. Aging on fine lees, in vats and partially in barrels.
- Chardonnay : 100%
