Fruity and well-rounded
Partridge-eye colour with some purplish tints. Nice nose, quite open and powerful, typical of small red fruits, pomegranates, spicy notes of garrigue, thyme, rosemary. Good balance on a full-bodied, frank wine with finesse. Nice frank and signed character with spices and gingerbread notes. Nice fresh, full and sapid length.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

DOMAINE DE L'OLIVETTE
ocated between land and sea, the Domaine de l'Olivette produces rosé, red and white wines of the Bandol appellation.
Terroir: The vines lie on a rocky soil facing the Mediterranean Sea.
Viticulture: The grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification: A cold pelicular maceration is carried out for certain grape varieties. Direct pressing is also carried out before clarification of the must and a 15 to 20 day fermentation.
