Fruity and crisp
Pale yellow colour with bright green highlights. Nice open and frank nose of acacia flowers, white fruits, blackcurrant buds, hint of green asparagus. Good balance on a frank wine, finesse, medium body. Well signed character. Good, frank and sapid length.

Average age of the vines: 20 to 40 years. Location: Clay-limestone soil (Kimeridgian marl). Exposed to the south and south-west. Vinification: Gravity reception of the grapes, gentle pressing, low temperature fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees.
