Our oenologists' opinion
Its garnet color offers a nose of red fruits with notes of morello cherries. In the mouth the wine has a good balance. Finale with a beautiful tension, frank and sapid.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Domain and appellation
Domaine Nairaud Suberville
The domain Nairaud-Suberville is located on the commune of Châteaumeillant in the south of Cher, it is by its area the largest area of the appellation.
Terroir: The vineyards of the Domaine extend over 21 hectares, at the exact limit between the Parisian basin (sandy loam) and the central massif (metamorphic).
Viticulture: The vine is conducted according to the principles of viticulture with no preventive plant protection application but only curative treatments useful to preserve the crop containing the residues within the allowed limits.
Vinification: The plots are vinified one by one and each cuvée of the Estate bears the name of the parcel of origin of the grape.
