Domain and appellation
The JAYER-GILLES estate, located in Magny-les-Villers in Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits, has been managed since 1998 by Gilles JAYER-GILLES, who has been present on the property since 1985. It was the result of a marriage between families GILLES and JAYER that the domain was named GILLES-JAYER before taking its current name JAYER-GILLES. Gilles is the third generation of his family at the head of the family farm.
