Fruity and crisp

Pale straw colour with green reflections, frank and fresh nose of menthol, fresh hazelnuts, hint of minerality, good balance, dry and lively, frank, character on the minerality, floral notes of mimosas, then notes of mangoes, good length, frank, straight and fresh.

Domain and appellation

  • Domaine de la Désoucherie

     

    Ideally located between the Château de Chambord and the Château de Cheverny, the Domaine de la Désoucherie is one of the rare vineyards in the world to produce the illustrious Romorantin grape variety under the Cour-Cheverny appellation.

     
     

    •      Terroir: The vineyard rests on silico-clayey soils with layers of small flint on the surface. The grape variety is composed of romorantin, sauvignon, chardonnay, gamay and pinot noir.


     
     

    •      Viticulture: Christian and Fabien Tessier have introduced the establishment of a reasoned and certified agriculture Terra Vitis.


     

    •      Vinification: Fermentation in thermo-regulated sandstone tanks precedes rearing in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
