Fruity and crisp
Its garnet color offers a fruity nose on the cherries and then a spicy pepper spike. In the mouth, this wine has a good balance, on the tension and the minerality. Fresh and tense finish.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Ideally located between the Château de Chambord and the Château de Cheverny, the Domaine de la Désoucherie is one of the few wineries in the world that can produce the prestigious Romorantin grape variety under the Cour-Cheverny appellation.
- Terroir: The vineyard lays on sand-clay soils with layers of silex.
- Viticulture: The domain stands out with the implementation of environmental-friendly practices and the Terra Vitis certification.
- Vinification: The fermentation in temperature-controlled gres tank is followed by an ageing phase in stainless steel tanks.
