Fruity and crisp
An expressive nose evoking the lilac, the fern and the grapefruit is to discover before the tasting of this wine. Suppleness and roundness dominate the attack. A light sweet taste brings greed to the mouth. The tasting is ending with lots of flavors and balance, featuring jasmine

Domain and appellation
Château Romassan, Domaines Ott*Founded in 1986 by Marcel Ott, the Ott Domains have been redeemed by the champagne house Louis Roederer in 2004. The name "Ott" is definitely now part of the elite wines from Provence, offering great wines from the Côtes de Provence with Mireille and the Chateau Clos de Selle and Bandol with Château Romassan.
- Terroir: The Castle is a former Romassan religious establishment of 60 hectares of vines. These are based on poor soil consisting of limestone, sandstone and marl of the marine Upper Cretaceous.
- Viticulture: Harvesting is done manually.
