Fruity and well-rounded

Here is a fruity and spiced wine that will satisfy your taste buds! It has a dark garnet color and releases fragrances of black fruits and spices crisscrossing with the fresh scent of violet. Its attack is supple and smooth. In mouth, the taste of spices thrills the flavor of candied black fruits.



Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Domain and appellation

  • Domaine La Vitalis

    Domaine la Vitalis is a beautiful representative of the Cairanne appellation. The son and grandson of winemakers, Patrice Jubain vinified his first vintage in 2004, after leaving the cooperative cellar. He now exploits forty hectares composed mainly of grenache and mourvèdre.



    • Terroir: Domaine la Vitalis has been cultivating 40 hectares of vines for several generations. The estate's soils are composed of chalky white clay, renowned for producing intense, robust and aging wines.

    • Viticulture: The grounds of the domain are plowed and not weeded,

    • Vinification: The vinification of the wines is done in a very traditional way, without yeasting, without cold fermentation, 100% in concrete vats.
