Fruity and well-rounded

Pale colour with bright green hues. Lovely open nose of citrus zest, mineral notes of gunflint, white flowers, hint of fennel. Good balance on a fairly full-bodied, dry wine with freshness. Long and sapid finish.

Features

The estate is located by the sea, in La Londe, not far from the Fort de Brégançon, in the Côtes de Provence appellation area.

Domain and appellation

  • DOMAINES OTT

    Completely remodelled in its soils and replanted since the 1930s, it is a special terroir combining seaside schist and a micro-climate dominated by sea spray. Viticulture: The grapes are harvested by hand and then gently pressed in vertical presses. The wine is vinified in oak barrels and aged on the lees before bottling the following spring.
