Fruity and crisp

Its pale color with green hues offers a nice nose very typical of green asparagus, blackcurrant bud and floral notes. On the palate, this wine presents a good balance, dry and nervous with a great character. Final savoury.

    Domaine Claude Lafond is a family estate located in the Indre in the heart of Berry.

         Terroir: The vineyards extend over 35 hectares in AOC Reuilly where the traditional grape varieties of the appellation grow and also counts 3 hectares in AOC Valençay and 5 hectares in Vin de Pays.


         Viticulture: The method of organic fertilization is used and adapted to each plot. No allergenic products used in the making of wines.


         vinification: In order to keep the characteristics of the grape variety, the winemaking is carried out without artifices. Cold settling and cold fermentation with native yeasts or selected neutral yeasts, for ten days. Aging in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 6 months. Clarification by gluing and filtration in order to obtain a clear clarity and to gain in aromatic complexity.
