Fruity and crisp

Pale orange colour with deep orange highlights. Open nose, spicy, full-bodied, with notes of cocoa, candied red fruit and white flowers, fine and complex. Full-bodied, fleshy attack, with spices and candied pink grapefruit, finesse and minerality. Sapid, crisp finish, long-lasting with iodine notes.

Features

    Bathed in sunshine and open to the sea, this terroir is made up of marl and limestone soils that are particularly well suited to Mourvèdre. Between the valley and the hillsides, this grape variety gives birth to this complex and structured rosé, carried by aromas of white flesh fruits, citrus fruits and sweet spices. An ample and refined rosé with a great texture.
