Fruity and crisp
Pale yellow with pale green highlights, clear and brilliant. Open nose with notes of exotic fruit, pineapple and flint. Fairly round attack, followed by bitterness. Fairly short finish.

In 1931, the Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was born of the desire of Côte Chalonnaise winegrowers to join forces to vinify, mature and market their wines. Situated at the heart of Burgundy wine-growing, the Côte Chalonnaise expresses all its nuances. The Bourgogne Aligoté is vinified entirely in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness and liveliness.
