Powerful bouquet

Deep yellow colour with lead. Nice open nose, typical, with notes of white flowers, white fruit paste and white pepper, hint of pear, greedy, medium body, frank. White fruit character. Short finish.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Domain and appellation

  • Cave de Beblenheim

    Since 1952, the spirit of Alsace wine. The 170 winegrowing families of the Cave have been committed for more than 70 years and pool their resources to produce wine at Château de Hoen in Beblenheim. 530 hectares of vines are cultivated according to the principles of sustainable viticulture. This commitment is recognised by the HVE 3 certification. Terroir : The vines are mainly planted on marl and limestone soil. Viticulture: The implementation of integrated agriculture aims to preserve the vines through environmentally friendly viticultural practices. Vinification: A gentle pneumatic pressing and fermentation in thermo-regulated vats precedes maturation in vats.
