Powerful bouquet

Bright amber colour. Frank and fresh nose of citrus fruits, fresh minty hint, almost star anise. Beautiful balance, power, sweetness, nice roundness, finesse and elegance.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Do you know ?

This version is a blend based on pure pot still whiskey, i.e based on a mixed whiskey made up of malted and unmalted barley grain whiskeys and malts all from a triple distillation for a greater softness.

    Founded in 1839 in the town of Tullamore situated between Dublin and Galway, the Tullamore distillery grw rapidly under the leadership of its director D.E. Williams. Its initials were affixed to the name of a distillery which was to become one of the most renowned brands of Irish blends in the world, te TULLAMORE DEW.
