Domain and appellation

  • WHITE OAK DISTILLERY

      Distillery: The White Oak distillery belongs to the Eigashima company which is one of the oldest sake producers in Japan. It is located in the city of Akashi, near Kobe on the island of Honshu.

        Production: Aged in sherry casks for 5 years.
         
        Tasting notes: Intense nose with fruity vanilla notes. Silky and rich on the palate with notes of dried fruits and almond. The finish is delicate and persistent, sliding on fruits.
