Fruity and crisp

Clear colour. Beautiful, straightforward and fresh nose of menthol, cumin and genepi. Beautiful balance on a full-bodied, wrapped Gin, roundness, finesse, notes of cumin, clove, hint of resinous. Beautiful, straightforward and elegant finish.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

  • Distillery Wild Monkey

    The idea of creating a gin in the pure English tradition in the heart of the Black Forest in Germany was born in the 1950s from the eccentric imagination of an expatriate British officer, Montgomery Collins. This Shwarzwald Dry Gin is made in Germany in the heart of the Black Forest at the Wild Monkey Distillery and is made from 47 different botanicals, distilled in 4 small hybrid carterhead stills (iron stills with rectifying columns) and aged in earthenware jars for 100 days.
