Discover the intensity and the complexity of Provence’s wines with this set gathering a red wine and a rosé wine elaborated by the Moulin the la Roque. Founded in 1950 at La Cadière d'Azur in an old wheat mill, this wine-making cooperative gathers nearly 200 winemakers.
There are over 690 cooperative wineries and unions in France. Together, the 84000 winegrowers produce 39% of A.O.C wines (French appellation wines), 71% of Vins de Pays (local wines) and export over a third of their production abroad. Acting as a collective force, those cooperatives allow winegrowers to focus on their vineyards without directly having to take care of the winemaking process and the commercialization of their wines.
- Tasting of the La Roque Terre du Trias Bandol red 2014: Its dark brick dress with black reflections offers a nose to open with candied black fruits, notes of toasted pepper, licorice and an animal tip. In the mouth this wine has a good balance, vinous, full-bodied, envelope with a nice character on dry apricot notes, cooked prunes, a garrigue point of rosemary and thyme. Finale on ripe and coated tannins
- Tasting of the La Roque Terre du Trias Bandol rosé 2016 : This luminous coral-colored wine releases fresh fragrances of wild berries, cranberries and pomegranate. In mouth, it is full of roundness and slightly spiced. The finish features a sweet taste.
