Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Domain and appellation
Domaine LurtonSplendid area of the seventeenth century, the Château Bouscaut is located in the commune of Cadaujac in the AOC Pessac-Léognan. In 1953, he received the title of Cru Classé de Graves for its white and red wines. Restored in the 70s, the castle was bought in 1979 by the Lurton family, Brane-Cantenac owner and other famous wines.
- Terroir: This area of 40 hectares is based on clay and gravel and limestone soils.
- Viticulture: Harvesting is done manually.
- Vinification: The Vinification process begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and ends with aging in oak barrels (40% new).
