Our oenologists' opinion

Bright partridge eye colour. Nice open nose of toasted bread, spicy notes of gingerbread, fresh hint of almonds. Good balance on a rather full-bodied champagne, with finesse. Fine and present bubbles, fruity character of ripe strawberries, morello cherries, minty touch. Long and rather tense finish, sapid. The palate is superior to the nose, nice length that can last a meal.
