Its straw color offers an elegant smell of crumb and hazelnut bread. In the mouth, this wine presents a nice balance. It is straight and honest with a nice fondue that lingers, finesse, on thin and creamy bubbles. Lovely wine.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation
DeutzFounded in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, Deutz face in the pantheon of the great houses of Champagne. The house also initiated the creation of the Union of Great Brands of Champagne.
- Terroir: Lying on more than 200 hectares, the vineyards benefit from Deutz prestigious terroir of the wine region of Ay.
- Viticulture: The grapes come from the whole of the Champagne region with 80% Premiers and Grands Crus.
- Vinification: Only the best juices are used for champagne whwih is kept several years with a high of 8 to 10 grams of sugar per liter assay.
