Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
Its straw color support offers a nice nose with toasty notes. Fairly full-bodied and signed, this wine has a beautiful finish with fine and creamy bubbles.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation
Moët & ChandonFounded in 1743 by Claude Moët, a wine merchant in Epernay, the Moët & Chandon is owned today by the LVMH group.
- Terroir: The domain is based on 1150 hectares of rich limestone soils, of which 50% are classified as "Grands Crus" and 25% "Premiers Crus".
- Viticulture: The house buys grapes from other vineyards as wine producers represent only 15% of its production. This Brut Imperial champagne is a blend of more than 200 wines, in which we find the three traditional grapes of the region: the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
