    Founded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot, the house is now among the most prestigious Champagnes with an ancestral know-how and unique expertise related to prior commissioning of chardonnay.
    • Viticulture: Strict specifications imposed by the house Henriot allows for obtaining a qualitative harvest produced by the house or through partnerships with winemakers. The vineyards are worked with pest management. The harvest is manual.


    • Vinification: Composed of more than 15 wines from mostly La Côte des Blancs and Montagne of Reims, that Henriot Brut Vintage 2005 is aged 6 years in the quiet and dark cellars of the House.
