Its bright light coral dress offers a nice fresh nose of red fruit, gooseberry and cherry. As for the taste, this wine is full, pure, fresh and delicious. Its finish is crisp with an extension on coated fine and persistent bubbles.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

The rosé champagnes can be developed by bleeding but also with an assembly of red and white wines. The Champenoise appellation is the only one with the right to use this process by assembling.
Domain and appellation
HenriotFounded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot, the house is now among the most prestigious Champagnes with an ancestral know-how and unique expertise related to prior commissioning of chardonnay.
- Viticulture: Strict specifications are imposed by the Henriot house which allows for obtaining qualitative harvest produced by the house or through partnerships with winemakers. The vineyards are worked in pest management. The harvest is manual.
- Vinification: Composed of several wines from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne of Reims, that Henriot Rosé Vintage is aged between 5 and 6 years in the quiet and the dark cellars of the House.
