Powerful bouquet

Bright lemon yellow colour with some green highlights. Lovely, open nose with a bouquet of yellow fruit, hints of pits and then milk caramel, and hints of roasting. Nice balance on a straightforward champagne. Fine, persistent and elegant bubbles. Character with a touch of minerality, chalky notes. Good length with a hint of roasting. Beautiful finesse!

    Ruinart presents the 27th vintage since the release of its first Dom Ruinart in 1966. The 2010 vintage is synonymous with a great year. More than just a great year, it also celebrates the hand of man by bringing back the corking process - also known as manual disgorgement - which gives this vintage a woody edge. Ruinart attaches a certain importance to sustainable development, and it is with this in mind that the house innovates and designs, after two years of research, a new packaging. Unique to Dom Ruinart, it is a pencil case that has been designed: soft to the touch and cut directly into the chalky rock.
