An intense straw-yellow colour, slightly amber-coloured, with green glints. Finesse of the bubbles, and persistent foam. The nose suggests matured fruit aromas turning into quince marmelade, pastry or warm croissant. Well-balanced wine with a strong first sip and a nice finish.
