Created as a tribute to Louise Pommery, Cuvée Louise is an absolutely pure wine which quintessentially conveys the wine-making expertise of the Pommery champagne house. When the year is considered to be exceptional, a rigorous selection of the 3 "Great Vintages" of the Pommery vineyard is carried out. Dominant of Chardonnay balances the subtle width of Pinot Noir of Aÿ. This vintage will profit from a particularly long time of allowance of more than 7 years.
