Fruity and well-rounded
Its pale straw color with green highlights offers a fresh nose, pure and elegant with mineral notes. On the palate, this wine is balanced, clean, fine, full and fairly bodied with a long finish on minerality.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Made of the Exora virgula fossils, some small comma shaped oysters, the Chablis’ subsoil gives the regional wines a unique character.
Domain and appellation
Founded in 1850, Domaine Laroche is a family property that produces and develops Chablis wines. Today, the domain has more than 100 hectares of the best cru vineyards.
- Terroir: The Saint-Martin cuvee is a blend of the domain’s finest parcels on the appellation. The vines grow in kimmeridgian soil interspersed with marl and marly limestone with small oyster deposits.
- Vinification: A 12-hour maceration in the tank at 10 - 12° C, followed by 21 days of fermentation at 17° C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured on fine lees for 8 months.
