In 1931, the Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was born of the desire of Côte Chalonnaise winegrowers to join forces to vinify, mature and market their wines. Situated at the heart of Burgundy wine-growing, the Côte Chalonnaise expresses all its nuances. The Bourgogne Aligoté is vinified entirely in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness and liveliness.
