Fruity and crisp
Its light straw color introduces an open nose with aromas of yellow fruits, brioche and smoky notes. The palate is plain, fleshy, mineral and fresh. The finish is mellow with melting and buttery bubbles.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Domain and appellation
With “The nicest bubbles of France” for signature, the brand Jaillance likes to get France’s most prestigious terroirs sparkle. Established in 1950 as the Coopérative de Die, the maison has since expanded its influence to become the French reference among sparkling wines.
- Terroir: The Bordeaux terroir offers a mild oceanic climate as well as a rich soils diversity.
- Viticulture: This crémant is made with ugni blanc, sémillon and muscadelle. The grapes come from all over the Bordeaux region and the harvests are handpicked.
- Vinification:This sparkling wine is produced according to the Traditional Method with an 24 month ageing process.
