Fruity and light
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

There are two winemaking methods for the rosé. The direct pressing one consists of thoroughly pressing the grapes after the harvests. The maceration or bleeding consists of letting the grapes soak in stainless steel tanks.

Domaines Jean-Luc Colombo
Located at Cornas between cherry and fig trees, the areas Jean-Luc Colombo extend from the Côtes du Rhône to the Mediterranean. Born in Marseille in a restaurateur family, Jean Luc pursued oenology studies with the ambition to create wines in agreement with the kitchen of his childhood.
- Terroir: The Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre are from the clay-limestone soils of the Salon de Provence region.
- Vinification: Traditional vinification with low temperature pressing.
